A great new opportunity for a full time Finance Assistant to join a friendly team in South London. We are KeyRing a not for profit organisation whose aim is to support vulnerable people to live independently.  We provide support to over 850+ people across England and Wales, from KeyRing networks to Self- Advocacy. Are you interested in or seeking to further your career within financial services? Do you have the following experience, Knowledge and Skills? • Good understanding of accounting including formal training • Experience of purchase ledger and BACS payments • Experience of general ledger transaction processing • Experience of cash flow monitoring • Experience of bank reconciliation • Experience of improving processes for both transaction processing and reporting • A high level of competence in using Excel and other Microsoft Office software • Good verbal and written communication skills And may be?? • Qualified Accounting Technician (AAT) • Understanding of Charity accounting, SORP, The Charities Act and accepted accounting principles, PAYE tax, National Insurance and pensions legislation • Experience of Sage line 200 including improving the use of the software to deliver improvements to processing and reporting • Experience of electronic input of transactions • Experience of internal payroll processing Yes?
