General Responsibilities

Compile and issue small but complex monthly tax invoices to customers
Monitor payments and maintain accounts receivable aging schedules
Communicate with clients and resolve issues to ensure timely collections
Process monthly payroll, arrange payments to vendors
Review and reconcile receivable, reimbursable revenue to reimbursable expense and accrued chargeable expense accounts
Issue weekly accounts receivable reports to management
Bank account reconciliations in multiple currencies
Set up and maintain new engagements on the Project accounting system
Provide input and assistance in reviewing and assessing compliance with Kazakh laws, including tax and invoicing requirements for JMJ as a supplier and for own vendors/suppliers in Kazakhstan
Liaise with client Finance Managers regarding outstanding payments if applicable
Be the first point of contact for all Finance related queries in the office
Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
