CFO

The Opportunity:

Our VC backed client is a fast growing business which specialises in delivering independent financial advice. They are experiencing extremely fast growth with turnover more than doubling year on year and as a result of this significant growth they are now in a position to recruit a CFO to be a key member of the executive management team and to closely business partner the highly driven, entrepreneurial CEO who has a history of starting and building successful companies from conception through to delivery.

The Role:

You will be responsible for management of the companies' finance department, ensuring the application and maintenance of appropriate robust financial and business controls to support the growth and to ensure underlying records and cash is managed efficiently and effectively.

The Requirements:

It is imperative that you will have a strong “hands on” work ethic and be willing and able to get into the detail, yet at the same time you must be able to provide operational and strategic advice to the CEO and the executive management team. You must have a track record of success in building and management of a “first class” finance function in a fast paced, entrepreneurial business, ideally within a B2C environment.

The successful candidate will be rewarded with an exceptional £six figure compensation package and equity participation.
