Manager - Accounting Compliance Reporting (Native Arabic Speakers)

Overall management of a large accounting assignment with a very large Investment Company in Saudi Arabia covering all facets of Accounting including assisting with the budgeting process and management reporting. Role would require significant people management skills with the need to handle a large team from varied backgrounds. Other than managing the day to day operations, client relationship management would also be a major responsibility of the candidate.

Specific Areas of Responsibility

· Reviews and ensures accuracy, integrity and quality of all budgetary reporting required as part of the monthly deliverables through working closely with the team
· Review and ensure accuracy of all investments and reporting of investment positions to the CFO
· Review and ensure accuracy of all banking transactions
· Overseeing the monthly close activities of general ledger team ensuring timely and accurate close
· General oversee of the functioning of the accounts payable and accounts receivable team
· Ensure deadlines are met
· Manage the EY scope in the annual budgeting process along with the team and the client personnel
· Manage relationship with the client personnel
· Working towards process improvement for the tasks covered by each team

Experience:

• At least 8 years professional experience, with 2 years as a Manager
• Planning and budgeting experience
• Knowledge of investment companies will be an advantage
• Managing a large team
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Bilingual capabilities are a must (English and Arabic)

Professional Certificate:

•Preferred - CA , CPA , ACCA
