Finance Controller role in Guangdong, managing about 70 people, with good culture and growing business.

Your new company
Founded in 2000, our client has always been both market pioneer and market leader in personalized education industry. Though already grown into a successful business giant (with 80 branch companies and 300 learning centres in over 40 cities across the country, and 20000 full-time employees, now our client is still quickly growing its business and enlarging its team. Now they are looking for a Finance Controller (Regional Manager) for Great China, base in HQ Shenzhen.

Your new role
Report to CFO, you will manage a team of 70 people and will be mainly support GM in commercial decisions, covering full P&L analysis and especially supporting China CEO on key decision making. It would cover different business lines and it's a highly dynamic and strong people management role.

What you'll need to succeed
You shall be holding a university degree in Finance / Accounting, Economics with More than 8 years experience of working in leading Retail or Education company; Working experience in professional accounting firm is highly preferred; Strong communication skills in English with local management and overseas reporting lines; Good relationship quality with sound business acumen, strategic thinking ability and sharp analytical skills.
