Business & Product management, 1 year contract

Job Responsibilities

• Provide business management supports to the different Product Units within the Department
• Support the Department in implementing new business initiatives and promotion of global projects into regional/local business model
• Assist in on-going product team KPI monitoring, including profitability, performance, capacity, assets size and so on
• Produce regular and ad hoc management reports and updates, including data mining, tracking of business financials and projects
• Cope with regulatory reporting requests (from Compliance) that may require contribution from the Product Teams
• Manage and review procedures of different workflows and operational processes to ensure service quality and effectiveness across the different Product Units
• Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned by other Managers and the Department Head

Job Requirements

• University degree holder in related fields, including business, finance and accounting and so on
• 1-3 years of related experience in business or project management is required
• Knowledge of investment products or wealth management business is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint and especially Excel)
• Self-motivated and hardworking with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
• Detail-minded and strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Languages skills: English and preferably Chinese
