We need excellent people, across all grades, to join us and to be part of our exciting growth strategy. The role will be working in the Cyber and Payments security management team within Grant Thornton's Business Risk Services department. The ideal candidate will come from an information security and Payments/ Financial Services background with experience in Transaction/ retail banking operations, Card schemes, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments or PSD.
Your responsibilities
•Scoping, execution and delivery of Cyber, Information security and payments risk reviews.
•Delivering advice or audits of payment service security and risk management for Card schemes, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments and PSD2
•Managing client engagements from initiation to closure ensuring on-time delivery to expected quality
•Liaising with clients on sales, delivery and implementation of payments risk engagements.
•Developing constructive client relationships, both inside and outside of Grant Thornton
•Supporting leadership of the Payments and cyber security team in increasing productivity and implementing best practice
Experience and attributes for success
•Proven experience reviewing/deploying security infrastructure for payments or payments reviews in the corporate, financial or public sector
•Proven ability to identify and assess complex payments security risks and controls, relate them to the wider business environment and communicate opinions clearly.
•Technical understanding of a wide range of payments schemes and processing (Card schemes, BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments or PSD2)
Qualifications and Skills
•Excellent communication and team management skills
•Bachelor's Degree level qualified.
