Global tax reporting initiatives such as the US Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) and Common Reporting Standards (CRS) require ANZ to gather customer information, undertake customer due diligence and develop reporting systems. Global Tax Information Reporting (GTIR) brings these initiatives together through a single delivery Program. The GTIR Centre of Excellence (GTIR CoE) is the specialised BAU function of the GTIR Program.
To be successful for this opportunity, you will have demonstrated the following:
- 2-5 years Business Analysis experience, preferably with experience in Project transition to BAU or Business Analysis in a BAU function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead information gathering, investigation efforts and implement change
- Ability to understand the needs of multiple stakeholders and respond appropriately to complex problems in short timeframes
- Knowledge and experience delivering within the ANZ project delivery environment, particularly transition to BAU
- Proficiency in the delivery of business process analysis outcomes, including:
- Current state analysis;
- Root cause analysis;
- Process improvement objectives; and
- Process vision and design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
