As a Personal Banker, your role is to deliver the desired customer experience by adopting a positive relationship-based, customer centric approach that demonstrates passion for identifying and prioritising the complete financial needs of customers. This includes educating customers on easy ways to bank, providing a full range of professional sales expertise and advice to help customers to meet their financial needs and goals.

The successful incumbent will also have the ability to actively seek opportunities to make appropriate customer referrals to accredited specialist staff and contribute to overall branch profitability, achieving and seeking to outperform against targets.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
  • Customer driven and sales oriented
  • Proactive, shows initiative
  • Role models a strong customer focus, preferably with retail and/or sales experience
  • Active user and promoter of technology
  • Ability to multi-task, highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
  • Tier 2 Accreditation
