P&A Manager The role will focus on providing support to the Singapore FPA head on reporting and analytical requirements. This role requires working closely with Controllers, COEs and management team to define, analyze and articulate possibilities to support the country objectives. Job Background/Context: The candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment without close supervision and with colleagues across the finance taxonomy. In addition, the candidate must have excellent verbal and written communications, as well as presentation skills. Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis and Business Management: Prepare and analyze financial and management data encompassing revenue, expenses, drivers and other financial data for business reviews Analyze trend analysis and solicit commentary from the business Review and analyze allocations, channels, customers and products to identify opportunities and risks Incorporate strategic analysis and insights into management reporting Development Value: Develop a detailed understanding of Citi's cross franchise footprint, its products and processes Build effective prioritization skills as the job entails dealing with conflicting priorities in a time sensitive environment Qualifications Knowledge/Experience: Able to demonstrate an ability to navigate the internal financial and administrative systems of Citi Able to demonstrate understanding of Citi's businesses in Singapore and to display an high level ability to navigate effectively cross product, functions and O&T Able to demonstrate previous experience in leading and delivering key initiatives (self-identified and lead) Skills: Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) at all organizational levels Results/task orientated with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritize effectively and resolve conflicting priorities Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint Self-starter who takes the initiative to create and deliver enhancements Qualifications: Excellent academic record with a numerical background Proven track record of leading projects involving cross-functional teams Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience Competencies: Communication/relationship building Attention to detail Teamwork Prioritization/initiative Valuing diversity; demonstrates an appreciation of a diverse workforce; appreciates differences in style or perspective and uses differences to add value to decisions or actions and organizational success Primary Location: Singapore,Singapore,Singapore Other Location: Asia Pacific Education: None Job Function: Finance Travel Time: No Job ID: 15053734
