Vice President - Internal Audit

Major Job Duties:

• Responsible for the evaluation and monitoring of the Company's risk management, internal control systems as well as governance practices;
• Carry out internal audit reviews on the adequacy and effectiveness of the Company's business and operational processes;
• Provide value-added solutions to address the risks and control issues identified from internal audit reviews;
• Conduct reviews on firm-wide projects and special investigations whenever required;
• Enhance the internal audit standard and quality within the department;
• Follow up the audit recommendations progress;
• Such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors.

Minimum Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications such as CPA/CIA;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in Big 4 and investment banks;
• Independent, self-motivated and proactive, able to interact effectively with different business units and management levels;
• Good planning, communication, report writing and problem solving skills; and
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
