GF Director Retail Risk Data and Analytics Strategy and Transformation

Description: Citigroup's Retail Risk Data Strategy and Oversight team is focused on the strategic transformation of our business and risk technology platforms, and business process re-engineering to improve data quality, strengthen controls and provide direction for an infrastructure that supports strong risk management. The team is also responsible for oversight of data and infrastructure Risk related to Retail Risk and Regulatory processes, and independent assessment of risk related to adoption of new technologies to manage Retail data, analytics and reporting. Reporting to the Global Head of Retail Risk Data Strategy and Oversight, the Director for Retail Risk Data and Analytics Strategy and Transformation will partner with Business Teams, Global and Regional Risk, Global Finance, Risk and Finance Architecture, Regulatory Reporting, CCAR and Risk Modeling, Credit & Operational Risk Analysis, Consumer and Enterprise O&T and Data Governance Officers to define the strategy and oversee the transformation of data and analytics infrastructure for $350+ Billion in firm wide delinquency managed and Retail Y9C exposures in 40+ countries. Job Requirements: Define the strategy, business vision and requirements for data transformation including business metadata capture and management, data standardization and consistency, automated data quality monitoring, end-to-end data quality controls and data traceability Define the strategy, business vision and requirements for analytics transformation including delivery of robust infrastructure to support faster speed to market and enhanced controls for risk modeling, automated monitoring of Fit for purpose conditions of data used in Retail and Consumer analytics and modeling, including for Retail CCAR and Basel, standardization and automation of modeling data sets, automation of model execution and validation and effective solutions for big data processing and computation Chair Retail Analytics council to bring together internal and external best practices to enable and accelerate delivery of regulatory commitments, adoption of new technologies, business priorities, and supports the development and execution of analytical roadmaps for strong risk management Establish framework, processes and infrastructure to enable and foster knowledge sharing across analytics teams, drive creation of common reusable utilities and build "one DM" Perform Independent risk oversight of Business and Global Functions data and technology for Risk analytics and modeling, including governance infrastructure, control framework, capabilities, new technology adoption and COB adequacy. Identify areas at risk. Collaborate with businesses and technology to ensure adequate focus, staffing and resources for resolution Articulate Data Quality KPIs, controls, key risk indicators and scorecards compatible for Retail Risk compatible with Citi Data Management Policy and corporate risk framework; work with front-line, DGOs and CDO to ensure appropriate benchmarks, processes and roles and responsibilities are in place along with effective monitoring, tracking and resolution Understand effects of data quality and technology issues on Retail Risk management and contribution to Citi's overall data risk. Identify themes and common areas of concern related to data and technology, to support strong risk management of Retail exposures; ensure gaps/risks are identified and mitigated on a timely basis Liaise with regulators on Retail Risk Data Strategy and Technology transformation Qualifications 15+ years' experience in Consumer Business, with subject matter expertise in with consumer credit risk management, consumer data management, consumer business intelligence and consumer risk modeling and regulatory requirements Primary Location: Singapore,Singapore,Singapore Education: Bachelor's Degree Job Function: Risk Management Travel Time: No Job ID: 16003232
