Service Delivery Lead - ITS (Contractor)

We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Lead to provide and/or secure resolution to all customer incidents and problems, with a primary focus on Senior Leadership Support.

The successful candidate will have;

• Experience in Managing asset inventories including databases such as Active Directory, SCCM
• Business communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• International stakeholder management
• Fluent in English
• Document writing skills
• Multimedia skill set - ability to produce training programs
• Strong project management experience
• ITIL

The individual will also need to have a general understanding of desktop engineering, desktop support, LAN concepts, and telephony. They will liaise with the larger ITS entity to ensure the site requirements are met and to represent the user needs for new services.
