About the roleWe are looking for a Learning & Development Lead to drive UniSuper's learning and development strategy through the ongoing development and creation of programs and frameworks that build on our people's capability. You will also lead a team of two L&D Consultants and work with them to develop their consulting and advocacy skills.
Responsibilities

• Lead your L&D Consultants through effective coaching & ongoing feedback
• Coordinate & deliver existing professional development programs
• Design and deliver bespoke workshops and team planning days
• Work closely with business leaders & assist them to identify learning opportunities
• Liaise with & maintain relationships with existing and future external training providers
• Collaborate with L&D Team Leads to ensure all teams have clear visibility of workload, resourcing & priorities
• Build innovative, best practice learning solutions & assessments for UniSuper

Skills & Experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent stakeholder engagement
• Outstanding facilitation skills
• Extensive L&D and/or organisational design experience
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to analyse, design, deliver and evaluate training
• Strong team leadership skills
• Degree qualified with a Certificate IV - Workplace Training & Assessment
