With a strong three lines of defence built in, the business over the past few years have made progressive growth with new products, growth in Asia region and more. An exciting opportunity have opened up for their Regional Head of Audit overseeing and leading audits for Asia Pacific business.

Your new role
You will lead Asia audits and have full accountabilities in developing and executing annual asia internal audit plans. It will cover broad spectrum across operational, financial, compliance, risk management and information audits. To support executive business leaders in achieving strategic targets, you are to provide a comprehensive audit reports for management whilst lead and coach a team. You will work with second line controls in ensuring insights to emerging risk and controls are identified and managed.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have minimum 15 years of audit / risk experience from insurance or relevant industries. Considerable senior audit, risk and control leadership experience in insurance and/or financial services organizations with multiple products and complex operations is essential. Being innovative, collaborative, influential and agile will ensure your success in this role. You should demonstrate strong leadership skills and proactive mindset in understanding the overall business needs and changes.
