The role

The Senior Regional Practitioner role will be responsible for driving good practice and facilitating a culture of continuous quality improvement and reflective practice at a Regional level. A major aim of this role is to build an organisational culture that 'walks the talk' in the provision of quality, ethical, accountable service responses for vulnerable individuals, families and communities.
Reporting to the State Coordinator, Business Operations and supported by the team this position will be embedded in the region to primarily focus on implementation of professional and evidence-based practice and drive consistent quality and compliance with standards, policies and service quality frameworks.
About you
You will have extensive experience in understanding large services organisations and human services quality and practice frameworks as well as previous experience in building capacity and enabling positive change within teams to improve outcomes for clients and communities. You will also have a successful track record leading human services projects and managing stakeholders at all levels.
Highly developed practice knowledge, communication and interpersonal skills are vital to your success in this role.
