Sr. FPA Manager

Sr. FP&A Manager in Shanghai (Report to FP&A Head with 1 subordinate) Responsibility Description - Coordinate and prepare monthly P&L simulation. - Prepare monthly sales forecast and actual sales reporting, highlight gaps and gap closure recommendations so as to help the affiliate to achieve on or above plan performance - Track monthly OPEX and make recommendations for improvement to achieve on or below plan performance - Support preparation of monthly financial review packages for all management reviews. - Prepare Sales Plan, OPEX Plan and Buy Up/Expansion Plans by adopting Brand OPEX concept, make recommendations on gap closure and resource allocation - Support affiliate operating plan. - Handle all levels of ad-hoc analysis to improve resource allocation and operational decision making. - Support continuous Improvement of internal processes - Business partnering with functions for TA financial support - Support Internal Control and Compliance in all aspects as needed Skill Requirements (Please his/her superiors list out key skills required as much as possible) - Strong analytical skills - Good leadership, project management and organizational skills - Strong interpersonal/coordination/communication skills - Proficiency in English, both written and oral, proficiency in computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Access, etc).
