We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Management Accountant to join a leading Property organization based in the heart of Sydney's CBD. The Role

This role is suitable for someone who has a strong financial accounting background but has been working more recently within the commercial side of accounting with strong analytical skills. The role is a true Business Partner role with key stakeholder management as a requirement. Your role will include:

• Ownership of the budgeting and forecasting process for a division
• Improving systems and processes within the work place
• Analyzing and reporting on critical data and key figures
• Managing weekly and monthly accounts
• Analyzing the P&L and preparing the board packs

Your Profile

The ideal profile will be driven and confident with excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed. You must have excellent and proven stakeholder management with a strong business partnering background. In addition you will:

• Be locally CA / CPA qualified
• Have a strong knowledge of Excel
• Have 3 years' post qualification experience in a commercial finance role
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and written skills
