Job duties:
- Report to Group CFO;
- Prepare month-end closing and reporting and schedules for year-end audit;
- Monitor the internal control and ensure financial records are in compliance with accounting standards and company's procedures;
- Prepare FRR and tax return filing to meet with SFC requirements;
- Manage and review regulatory of daily fund operations; and
- Assist in ad-hoc projects and management meetings
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accountancy and CPA Qualified;
- 3-5 years of working experience in Financial Institutions (Fund houses, Securities or Asset Management firms);
- External Auditing background (i.e. Big4s) is highly preferred;
- Clear understanding with SFC requirements;
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English;
- Independent, self-motivated, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility; and
- Immediately available is highly preferred
