Our Financial Services Transformation & Operations team is a powerhouse of expertise sitting within the Advisory practice. We focus solely on delivering solutions to the Financial Services industry to transform their front-to-back operations into better working worlds.

We consult with clients across Asia-Pacific, advising on a broad range of strategic opportunities to ensure they anticipate and respond to rapidly changing consumer needs, transform efficiency and effectiveness for sustainable competitive advantage, effectively respond to regulatory changes, and enhance people capability and culture.

The team focuses on clients in the Banking & Capital Markets, Insurance and Wealth & Asset Management sectors, and is known for its capability in the following areas:
  • Productivity improvement: Improving operations through workforce planning, KPI alignment and process improvement through reengineering and automation.
  • Operational transformation: Helping our clients drive their front office strategies into their middle and back office operations to ensure a seamless end to end client experience
  • Simplification: Reducing business model complexity to increase efficiency and agility, delivering benefits for customers, employees and shareholders
  • Cost optimisation: Reducing cost through organisational change, offshoring, outsourcing, and shared service creation/evolution.

About the opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to start or extend your career and join consulting at an entry level within a growing area of the business. We are looking for high performers with a passion and aptitude to work within robotics, process automation and beyond to join us at a Consultant level.

As a Consultant you will report to senior staff in the team and work with clients to focus on their Digital Operations to transform their technological base, increase cost efficiencies and improve service quality for their back office operations.

Your key duties will include -
  • Acting as a solid team member assisting with driving process automation, software robotics, financial services operations, technology-led transformation, or banking technology.
  • Being part of project teams of both clients and consultants, and possibly third parties.
  • Developing your knowledge and skills to be able to advise clients and come up with possible solutions and recommendations.
About you

To be successful and enjoy fulfilment in this varied position, you will bring with you the following -
  • Demonstrated experience within a relevant position, or the ability to show your strong knowledge and enthusiasm in these areas.
  • Solid relationship building skills, including an ability to independently engage with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong problem solving and report writing skills.
  • A relevant qualification from degree level.
