Senior Collections Manager- AR, Billings and Collections exp

My client a leading multi-national currently have a requirement for a senior Collections Manager to join their Group. You will have strong Collections, AR, Billing and Operations experience and must be coming from a multi-national BPO background if you also have some experience within the telecoms industry it would be of benefits. Please only apply if you have all this experience if you don't you won't be considered for the role RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and grow professional relationships with our Clients and to ensure delivery excellence. • Own the client relationship including CPI/KPI deliverables, forecasting, invoicing, budgeting Drive profitability and financial awareness within the contract and the team. • Be the face of the company  and the escalation point for the client in relation to any operational and/or strategic issues  • Engage with the client to plan and implement the strategic vision • Analyse performance and deliver continuous improvement • Training, development and management of the staff • Manage the full collection process for clients - manage large team and deal with escalation of issues REQUIREMENTS • 8 Years or more within the collections, ar and billing area - ideal if you have worked within a senior operations role covering these areas • Must have a multi-national background • Extensive knowledge and experience of working within an outsourced collections or O2C operation. • B2C, B2B and Telco industry experience preferable • Ability to demonstrate financial and collections knowledge, analytical skills and sound business judgement with excellent attention to detail If you match ALL the above requirements please send your cv to Laura in Sigmar Accountancy - 01 474 4677,
