Accounts Assistant

A growing retail company based in Harrow are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. Busy varied role with great training and career progression. You will report into a hands on Finance Manager and run their Accounts Payable function, as well as assisting with month end and other duties.

Starting salary of £20,000 with study support and training. The company are a great employer to work for and treat their staff well and are a market leader.

Description

• Matching up purchase orders to enable the posting of the supplier invoices
• Processing and coding of invoices
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Ad hoc month end reporting
• Assisting with Credit Control when required
• Answering incoming calls, query processing
• Ad hoc reporting
• Accounts payable and receivables

Profile

• Experience in Accounts Payable is ideal
• A hard working candidate who enjoys working as part of team
• Computer literate
• Strong telephone manner
