Financial Accountant

Barden have been retained by a leading professional services organisation to identify a Financial Accountant to join their expanding Centre of Excellence team. You will have the opportunity to join a team of proactive specialists who are focused on providing practical and bespoke solutions to their clients, in order to solve complex issues. This high profile position involves working closely with partners and other senior personnel within the firm, but also with key finance people in both publicly listed companies and multinational environments. THE ROLE Month-end close across multiple entities Income Statement and Balance Sheet Reviews, including Variance Analysis Actively develop and maintain strong client relationships Working closely with the team to assist with finance function enhancement and transition Ad hoc project management work Liaising with the client's external auditors. Ad hoc business development initiatives THE PERSON Qualified Accountant Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills A distinct understanding of US GAAP Analytical problem solver, with excellent attention to detail and report writing skills ERP system experience desirable Ability to work as part of a dynamic team, with superb communication skills Contact Heather Gordon at Barden for a confidential discussion about this role, and other practice opportunities.
