We are currently seeking a Regional (Area) Clinical Services Manager to join our friendly State Office team based in Springwood.

About the Role
Join our multidisciplinary Clinical Services team based in Springwood. You will form part of a team providing health and wellbeing services to adults and young people across Queensland and The Northern Territory.

Our health and wellbeing services include assessment, planning, ongoing therapeutic work, consultation and coaching.

As an experienced Psychologist, Social Worker, Nurse or other relevant Allied Health Professional, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing clinical services across a region including working across multiple programs.

As a person who thrives on continuous improvement, tackling challenges and enjoys working with various stakeholders your main responsibilities will include:
  • Provide clinical supervision, consultation and undertake some direct work with clients with complex needs and demonstrate high quality practice in the areas of trauma informed care, positive behaviour support and recovery based approaches.
  • Provide clinical knowledge and expertise to support Life Without Barriers' Clinicians and non clinical staff ensuring evidence based best clinical practice is applied
  • Oversight of risk monitoring and mitigation processes and practice.
  • Monitoring the delivery of services provided under the NDIS and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Development and implementation of systemic initiatives that enhance service quality.
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and Working with Children Check (where relevant to the role).
