Job Summary

The Seller Integrator's primary function is to help in the delivery of multiple projects related to integrated supplier enablement on the Ariba Network that allows buyers to transact with their sellers via an electronic (cXML, EDI) method. Integration, described in an extremely summarized way, means system to system transacting via Ariba Network, and the Seller Integrator facilitates the projects that are required prior to these integrated transactions.

Key tasks include dealing with both Customers and Sellers of the Ariba Network and to integrate ERP's of Sellers with the Ariba Network based on the customers' requirements, troubleshooting technical errors and working closely with Ariba clients over the phone.

This role requires a good understanding of business, project management and technical areas, and whilst this is not a development role, or a project manager role, a sound understanding along with previous experience/knowledge in EDI and/or cXML is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities

Accountability

  • Executes project plan according to established timelines.
  • Responsible for delivering waves of integrated sellers to meet customers' target Go Live dates through 6 stages of the project: Planning, Design, Build, Testing, Deploy, and Go Live.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues related to the transmission of cXML, EDI, or CSV documents on the Ariba Network, as well as issues related to syntax, structure, and validation against business rules.
  • Educate clients (buyers and suppliers) on integration functionality and deployment processes.
  • Responsible for providing weekly reports and status updates to the client.
  • Consult with strategic sellers on Ariba integration strategy and integration best practices.
