Fund Accounting Manager, Hedge Fund

An international firm with strong presense in Hong Kong is looking for multiple new headcounts due tot the rapid expansion in Asia. Reporting to the AVP in the team you will be in charge of preparing and reviewing of NAV, compilation of financial statement, and analyzing regular fund income/expense. Other duties including:

• Preparing and reviewing Fund's accounts and records
• Study and examine reconciliations prepared by offshore partners, liaising with other stakeholders to promptly resolve variances
• Participating in client service review meeting. Provide consultancy to clients
• Liaison with auditors, including preparation of financial statements and audit support schedule
• Investigate and inform supervisors in the event of any operational control deficiency and provide suggestion to mitigate risk and process improvement
• Handling ad hoc projects/duties

To qualify, you must be:

• University Degree holder
• Holder of an Accounting Designation is preferred
• At least 2 years' experience in Fund Accounting / Fund Administration
• Strong analytical, self driven and detail oriented individual
• Proficient in Bloomberg, Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Advent Geneva
• Candidates with more experiences and team leading experiences will be considered as Manager
