Commercial Finance Business Partner

A Commercial Finance Business Partnering role has been newly created as part a larger recruitment process to develop one of the best finance teams in the region for one of Harrogate's leading names. The IT focused business have spent the last 12 months shaping their finance team to make it a significantly more technically skilled unit, with this role being one of the final pieces in the process.

The role will play a key part in helping the business become a 'finance-led' organisation: character, confidence and ability to influence will all be important in this role. The chosen candidates will be expected to be able to support a given business division and provide commercial support and analysis to them, helping the business to decide on pricing strategies and commercial bids, paying attention to accurate costing and producing competitive, correct decisions for the business.

The role will also engage with stakeholder management within the division and delivering MI reports from across the business unit alongside a number of other elements, providing support to the Head of FP&A and month end process.

The business will be looking for a qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA candidate with an established commercial background, with key character points as stated above. The role requires an enthusiastic communicator to drive change and best process within the company.
