A global service software provider is looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. A unique opportunity to get involved in all areas of finance having exposure to all company entities worldwide. Responsibilities This role is a mix of management and financial accounting Preparing journals and making journal entries Accruals, prepayments, fixed assets Interest and deferred finance costs Reviewing invoices, ensuring VAT is correct and G/L accounts are correct for the preparation of management accounts Month end reporting Assisting with year-end audit Preparing financial statements Ensuring that all timesheets are submitted on a weekly basis Reviewing all time reported monthly Reviewing the setup of new projects and the closure of completed projects Preparing the time analysis report for use by the CEO Requirements Proficient in excel Extensive experience of journal entries is a must Experience using software accounting is desirable Knowledge of IFRS Experience with NetSuite, At Task or Microsoft Access an advantage
