About the Opportunity
This position is within Swinburne Business School. The School is committed to delivering excellent education courses, quality research with impact and engagement activities with deep industry connections. The School's mission is to advance innovation, entrepreneurship and social impact through its career-ready graduates and industry-engaged research.

As a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer you will conduct research, take an active role in obtaining research funding, conduct teaching (on campus and online) and supervise masters by research and PhD students.

As a candidate for the Lecturer position, you will have a PhD in the relevant discipline. You will also have a solid research background with commitment to publish in quality journals, some experience in teaching in a tertiary environment and possess a high level of interpersonal skills.

As a candidate for the Senior Lecturer position, you will have a PhD in the relevant discipline. You will have a record of quality research publications in high-quality journals, and a proven commitment to excellence in teaching, including evidence of leadership in teaching. You will also have a high level of interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues.

The position is expected to participate in activities for the development of closer and stronger links with the profession, industry and professional bodies in Australia and internationally.
