Roles and responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assurance Leader, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Assurance targeting initiatives - Drive targeting efforts and work closely with account teams to ensure traction on plans; collate/prepare research reports on targets
- Drive Assurance key accounts - Arrange meetings with team members to discuss way forward; monitor and follow up on the action points and report on financial performance versus budget
- Client feedback initiative - Work with Assurance Leader to identify client feedback targets at LoS key accounts and engagement levels, both online and face-to-face and coordinate with central Markets team
- Market profiling - Work with Assurance and business unit leaders to coordinate and drive profiling initiatives in the marketplace, both externally and internally e.g. events, speaking engagements and media
- Business Development (BD) tools - Share global and firmwide BD resources and best practices, tailoring tools to facilitate how the Assurance go-to-market and work closely with central Markets team on strategic proposals/presentations
- Reporting - Provide updates on Assurance Markets priorities e.g. targeting, Assurance key accounts, opportunity/ pipeline management, revenues
- Knowledge management - Engage Assurance teams to compile, manage and share information on work done/capabilities, pipelines and key wins
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business, Commerce, Economics or related
- At least 5 years working experience in MNC, Financial Services Industry or related
- Analytical and proficient in analysing data to formulate recommendations, good business writing skills and Internet savvy with strong working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Personal attributes include a self starter, highly self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills
- PMO skills/ experience and the ability to drive projects would be favourably considered
