General Accountant (RSMVN's Client)

RSM Vietnam's Client is looking for enthusiastic candidates with an educational background in finance or accounting for the General Accountant position (Full-time: 6 - 12 months). Candidates having proven experience in the manufacturing and trading environment of international groups are preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

Detailed and general accounting for daily activities: receiving input invoices, checking & inputting into MISA software, processing output invoices.

Summarize and record all expenses, month-end closing process

Manage and monitor payables and receivables

Prepare relevant tax reports (i.e. VAT, CIT, FCT, etc.)

Store all accounting and tax documents

Coordinate with other departments, internal audits from the Head Office, and external parties

Other tasks as required by the Chief Accountant

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting

Having a CPA or ACCA Certification or equivalent certification is a huge plus

03-05 years working as a general accountant at manufacturing companies

Strong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards, international standards, and the prevailing tax regulations

Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Fluent oral and written communication in English

Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with accounting software: MISA, Odoo

Careful, patient, high responsibility in work

Teamwork skills, internal and external networking

High degree of initiative and flexibility, possess self-initiative, able to work independently with minimum supervision
