What you will do
The Senior Finance Manager will lead our commercial finance team in the Philippines, providing strategic financial guidance and drive business decision to deliver growth and profitability. The successful candidate will need to have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams, developing financial strategies, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive sustainable and compliant business growth, profitability, and cash flow.
- Finance Leadership and Talent Pipeline Development: Lead team of finance professionals, providing clear guidance, timely feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Develop a strong talent pipeline, ensuring succession planning and continuity.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong partnerships with internal key stakeholders within Finance functions and across sectors (local, regional and global). Maintain open communication channels with external stakeholders (customers, market research, government offices) to keep up with market trends and seize potential opportunities as well as foresee upcoming risks.
- Financial Modelling, Analysis and Insights: Thoughtfully craft and manage annual financial forecasts, to enhance the delivery of the business strategy and objectives. Develop complex financial models to assess new business cases and strategic initiatives. Provide holistic financial insights and analysis to influence and drive business decisions, including external environment (e.g., market trends, share, consumer behavior, customer partnership, etc.) and internal factor (e.g., organization capacity and capability, business strategy, etc). Conduct timely financial review with BOD, including new business initiatives and monthly performance vs business plan/prior years trend.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks together with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of new finance operating model.
- Special Projects: Lead or hold key role in special projects, such as business case resolution, GTM change, and or any other strategic changes.
What We Are Looking For
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field. MBA/CFA is a strong advantage
- Minimum 12 years of experience in finance/accounting
- Minimum 3 years of solid experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Proficient in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Strong technical finance and accounting skills and experience with financial planning software (e.g., SAP, OneStream, Pro-X, Adaptive Insights)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
