- Lead and manage the credit control team to ensure timely collections.Develop and implement credit control processes and strategies.Build strong client relationships and negotiate payment terms.Provide reports on aged debt and collections performance.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Skills and experience required
- At least 8 years of finance operations/credit controlling experience in the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, with the ability to lead by example and drive results.
- Exceptional communication skills to work collaboratively with senior management, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate and interpret financial reports to inform decision-making.
