岗位职责
1. 负责物业系统品质管理工作,参与制定,完善物业质量管理体系及品质类相关考核办法,制度,标准及流程,管理目标并在项目实施;
2. 协助客服部门,工程部门监督招标人各直委物业服务供应商制度的执行情况,发现问题并对检查中发现的不合格服务项并进行跟踪检查,并能提出有效的预防措施;
3. 项目EHS体系运行与管理,制定并实施年度EHS目标指标,每年年初组织物业类直委供应商签订年度安全生产承诺书,每月组织物业类直委供应商安全生产工作会议;
4. 根据招标人要求制定,修订符合项目实际情况的EHS文件, EHS规章制度,操作规程及应急预案;
5. 建立项目危险源辨别清单,重大危险源清单,重要环境清单,落实风险分级管控;
6. 参与EHS变更预评审及监督评审管控措施执行;
7. 对招标人直委的服务供应商(安保)进行监督及质量控制
基本要求
1. 思维清晰,表达准确,善于沟通;
2. 5年以上物业管理相关管理经验,具有制定物业管理各项服务品质标准和考核指标的相关经验;
3. 有大专以上相关专业,或电气,自动化,安防,消防等相关专业
4. 具备良好的专业分析能力和处理能力;
5. 具有ISO内审员资格证书或其它同等级别/更高级别证书
6. 具有中级注册安全师资格证书优先
