As part of our supportive team of 12 at Discovery Park, within a broader 16-person team, we’re seeking two experienced and proactive Senior Outsourcing professionals to join us. We are committed to delivering the best client care and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at every step. In this hybrid role, you will manage client portfolios, process data using Xero and QuickBooks, and oversee junior staff. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate management reports on time, building strong client relationships, and driving efficiency. We encourage innovation and are open to new software solutions that enhance our processes and support the role.

About the role
- Accurately process client data using Xero and QuickBooks, ensuring a high standard of work.
- Oversee and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and ensuring quality.
- Prepare and review monthly reporting packs for clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients both externally and internally and team members, providing exceptional service and clear communication.
- Take ownership of your own client portfolio, managing your workflow, and meeting deadlines.
- Provide training and support to junior staff, helping them develop their skills and ensuring their work is up to standard.
- Attend client meetings as needed, supporting clients and understanding their needs to ensure the best possible service.
- AAT qualified or part-qualified (ideally Level 4).
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not required—we offer training and mentorship to help you excel in the role.
- A proactive, responsible approach to managing your workload and client portfolio, consistently delivering results.
- Ability to work within time constraints.
