MA Tutor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced ACCA tutor for the Management Accounting (MA) subject to join our team. As a tutor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and supporting learners on their educational journey, ensuring a personalized and effective blended learning experience. Your main responsibility will be to mentor and guide the learners, helping them achieve their desired skill outcomes and excel in their ACCA studies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct tutoring sessions for students preparing for the ACCA Management Accounting (MA) exam.
2. Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to the individual needs of students.
3. Clarify complex concepts in management accounting, including cost accounting, budgeting, and performance measurement.
4. Assist students with coursework, assignments, and exam preparation.
5. Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
6. Stay current with updates and changes to the ACCA syllabus and ensure that teaching materials reflect these changes.
7. Inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic and professional goals.

Qualifications:

1. ACCA qualification.
2. Deep understanding of the ACCA Management Accounting (MA) syllabus.
3. Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially in ACCA subjects.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts clearly.
