About the Role

We are looking for a talented and free-thinking Manager/Assistant Manager to join our Tax Technology team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance tax processes and deliver exceptional client service. You will be working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team of savvy professionals to redefine service quality in our sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage tax technology implementation projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement innovative tax technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy in tax compliance and reporting
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technology solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest tax technology trends and regulatory changes to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure integrated and agile service delivery

Requirements

  • Experience in tax technology
  • Strong understanding of tax compliance and reporting processes
  • Proficient in 3rd party tax technology tools and software
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good use of tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work, with a commitment to delivering our best day, every day

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
