Key Responsibilities

Starting from Bookkeeper / Prepare who performs daily work from simple to medium complexity, including

1. closing full set of management accounts,
2. preparation of annual financial statements & scheduling,
3. bank/account reconciliation,
4. accounts payable payment support services,
5. and other tailor made management reports/ financial analysis.

Liaise with auditors and prepared related schedules as required by auditors

Maintain good relationship with clients

Assist Senior Executive / Executive to implement process improvements and related procedures

Key requirements

Degree holder in Accounting and related discipline

Sound knowledge of HKFRS

Meticulous, well-organized and conscientious with a high level of initiatives at work

Excellent skills in use of Microsoft Excel and other accounting software

Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
