  • Assist the internal auditing team on general administration work
  • Responsible for scheduling meetings
  • Assist with internal & external calls and video conference set-up
  • Handle ad-hoc projects

  • 1+ year(s) of admin experience in an investment bank or financial institution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work at a fast pace and under pressure
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese
