Junior Finance Assistant

The Junior Finance Assistant will be joining the accounts team of this large charity based in London on a temporary basis - with the possibility to apply for the permanent position after this time. The role will expose the successful Junior Finance Assistant to both sides of the ledger, as well as reconciliation and credit control - providing the perfect opportunity for entry-level Finance bodies.

The client is a large UK-based Charity organisation, located in London. The client is seeking an enthusiastic graduate to join their team immediately as a Junior Finance Assistant on a temporary basis of 3 months.

Description

Reporting in to the Finance Manager, the junior finance assistant will be responsible for:

• Processing Invoices - on a weekly basis
• Raising Invoices - on a weekly basis
• Bank Reconciliation - at month end
• Handling Petty Cash
• Chasing outstanding debts via telephone and email

Profile

The successful candidate will have a recent finance related degree and be a strong communicator. A proven track record is desirable and a willingness to learn are key indicators of the successful applicant.
