DAYS PER YEAR:
260 (12-month position)
RATE OF PAY:
The salary for this position ranges from $83,595 to $98,172, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual's experience and the district's budget.

EDUCATION/
LICENSE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of payroll experience.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of federal and state payroll and employment laws.
- Knowledge of state pension program rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Access, Word and Outlook.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret contracts, laws and process technical manuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respond to payroll questions.
- Attention to detail and data privacy.
