Description
Accounts Administrator (Part-time)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- To match purchase invoices against purchase orders and process on to MRI Qube in preparation for payment.
- To assist with the collation and processing of utility data and invoicing to enable accurate recharge to commercial tenants.
- To carry out a methodical review and update to the property database, to ensure migration of data files is accurate and complete.
- Generate ad hoc tenant invoices on MRI Qube
- Posting receipts from Tenants on to MRI Qube
- Assist with Bank reconciliations
- Other Ad hoc tasks
Profile
A successful Accounts Administrator (Part-time) should have:
- An understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent organisational abilities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Desirable attributes:
- Previous experience of MRI Qube, Sage 50 and Microsoft applications (desirable but not necessary).
- Experience within property industry (desirable but not necessary).
