Description

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process.
• Prepare and process invoices for payment.
• Maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Assist with monthly and yearly closing procedures.
• Carry out regular account reconciliations.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc tasks.

Profile

• A solid educational background in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in accounting software, ideally Dynamics.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• The ability to work well in a team environment.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
