We are seeking a commercial and dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial finance, being able to explain where they've helped to drive sales performance, in a product led environment.

Description
- Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather information and make informed financial decisions.
- Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
- Support the strategic planning process with accurate financial information.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in a similar role within the consumer industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Exposure to BI tools would be highly advantageous.
