We are seeking a commercial and dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial finance, being able to explain where they've helped to drive sales performance, in a product led environment.

Description

  • Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and make informed financial decisions.
  • Present financial reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements.
  • Support the strategic planning process with accurate financial information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in a similar role within the consumer industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exposure to BI tools would be highly advantageous.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary range of up to £65,000 per annum, plus a £6,000 car and package.
