Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email and chat addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to Software.
- Conduct training sessions and demonstrations for clients, showcasing the features and functionalities of Software.
- Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues promptly.
- Assist in the creation of support documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base articles.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounting software and financial management.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, ACCA Qualified /Part Qualified, CA Inter.
