Job Description

  • Identify Revenue Leakage: Detect areas of revenue loss from incorrect billing, missed charges, fraud, or inefficient practices.
  • Analyze Data: Use data tools to uncover trends, root causes, and areas for revenue improvement.
  • Create Reports: Summarize findings with actionable recommendations to address revenue loss.
  • Monitor Systems: Continuously track billing systems and transactions for anomalies or fraud.
  • Compare Costs and Income: Assess product/service profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Manage Controls: Implement safeguards to prevent misuse, incorrect refunds, or returns.
  • Analyze Business Risk: Evaluate internal and external risks impacting revenue streams.
  • Create Rules: Develop fraud detection thresholds to trigger alerts for suspicious activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing financial and operational data to uncover trends and root causes.
  • Revenue Management: Expertise in identifying and addressing revenue leakage through monitoring and controls.
  • Reporting: Ability to create comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
  • Risk Assessment: Experience in evaluating business risks and implementing preventive measures.
  • Fraud Detection: Skills in developing rules and thresholds for fraud detection systems.
