Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
  • Assist in reconciliation of bank ledger and payable/ receivable balances.
  • Assist with review of expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
  • Manage accounts payable, timely initiate transactions for payables and ensure timely closing of transactions.
  • Process vendor payments and check requests.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records accurately.
  • Update financial data in reporting formats to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Assist senior in the preparation and submission of monthly/yearly closings.
  • Assist in preparation of financial reports and present the report analysis.
  • Analyze the Financial Trend and Variance Reporting Periodically.
  • Analyze Market Trends, Financial Analysis and Prepare Trading Strategies. Management of Cashflows and Liquidity Management. Assist in Audit Procedures.
  • Comply with the accounting Standards, Tax Policies and Regulations (SEBON) Assist in other accounting projects.
  • Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
  • Ensure all the tax amounts are filed properly and timely.
  • Ensure all the payroll related liabilities are timely paid.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the line manager.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates pursuing ACCA with Bachelor’s degree in Management with minimum first division or CGPA 3.25 on a scale of 4 from recognized university.
  • Candidate having relevant work experience in related field will be preferred.
  • Age should not exceed 30 years as on January 25, 2025.
