An innovative technology-driven company specializing in advanced data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions to optimize decision-making processes is looking for a Finance and Operations Administrator to join their team in the north of Madrid.

Description
The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks:
- Maintain complete visibility over the Notion calendar, tracking staff vacations, travel commitments, and meetings.
- Manage and oversee the documentary process for signing and archiving contracts.
- Conduct monthly contract reviews and oversee associated invoicing and collections with clients, ensuring coordination with client payment departments and subcontractor payments.
- Monitor project time tracking via Harvest, analyzing its impact on project P&L versus forecast, and coordinating with project managers.
- Manage monthly credit card expenses, downloading invoices and submitting them via Full Step or the appropriate channels.
- Request and track the procurement of services, software, and hardware.
- Coordinate internal and external travel arrangements, client interactions, and related logistics.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel schedules for the department.
- Ensure accurate accounting by reflecting data from Notion into P&L and Balance Sheets in collaboration with the finance department.
- Update all cash inflows, outflows, and contract statuses weekly, ensuring internal approvals are met.
Profile
The chosen candidate shold have the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years dealing with similar tasks.
- Fluent verbal/written English.
- Proven experience in administrative, financial, or operational roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across different responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.
