Accounting Officer (Up to 24k)

The Company
Our client is a sizable multinational company and is urgently looking for an Assistant Accountant to join the company on a 6 months contract position.

The Role
Perform AP, AR operations, including:
AP:
* Process vendor invoices for payment, ensuring all amounts and records are accurate
* Maintaining and updating vendor records
AR:
* Gather purchase orders, sales receipts or other forms to ensure proper billing.
* Follow up with corporate clients to collect and allocate payments.
* Perform ad hoc tasks

Your Profile

* Candidate with professional experience in accounting/financial experiences is preferred
* Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
* Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
* Immediate available/ short notice period is highly preferred
