Make an impact with our Family Office Services team as an Associate. The MNP Family Office Services team is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that works with clients to help them understand the evolution of their wealth and determine the right strategies to achieve their objectives. As an Associate, you’ll be supporting various financial planning and analysis processes for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, business owners, and professionals.

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Family Office Services team’s work relating to financial planning and
- Preparation of financial plans and corresponding reports and presentations.
- Working with professionals across service lines to communicate relevant information and deliver reports as required.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring deliverables, templates, and processes are kept up to date.
Skills and Experience
- Enrolled in CFP curriculum (already holding the designation would be an asset), with a keen interest in a career in high-net-worth wealth planning & advisory.
- 4+ years of experience in a personal finance-related role; ideally a role that involves one or more of the below:
- Using financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, WealthPath, Conquest or equivalent) to create financial plans that were expected to be presented to clients by you or other team members.
- Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning advice.
- Sale of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual funds.
- Accounting-related work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Attention to details and a willingness to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
